Management Team
The Principals
and Associates have a combined experience of over 60 years in the
construction and consulting engineering fields and were directly
responsible for the design and supervision of Electro/Mechanical
installations exceeding fifteen million dollars. The firm has vast
experience in all types of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems,
including Absorption and Centrifugal Chilled Water Plants, high and low
Pressure Steam Plants, Hot Water Boilers, Purchased Steam Installations,
Cogeneration facilities, Energy Audits, Residential, (Apartment Building)
HVAC Systems, and all types of Air Distribution Systems. In addition we
have designed high and low voltage Electrical Distribution Systems,
Electrical Sub-Metering Systems, Alarms Systems, specialized Lighting and
Site Lighting.
Mr. John A. Di Bari,
P.E. started his career in construction consulting in the mid seventies
when he was employed by a New York City based consulting engineering firm
that specialized in renovation of existing multiple dwelling residential
buildings. Since starting his own consulting firm in 1988 he has
successfully completed the design of over 350 new buildings in the
tri-state region. Mr. Di Bari continues to be extremely active in the
development of the designs produced by his office, energy management
systems, code enforcement of documents, and development of new energy
efficient HVAC and lighting systems.
Mr.
Sam LaMontanaro, Joined the firm in 2002, he
brings to this firm a very practical side as well as a technically
diverse resume. Gaining experience
in the design and installation of Plumbing and HVAC systems while working
for a 35 year old family business, ABAR Plumbing and Heating. Sam has also gained experience in the
industrial market while at Burns and Roe Enterprises. While working there, Sam had updated
several Company wide design standards and calculations for improving
efficiency in the design of various mechanical systems. Mr. LaMontanaro
received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of
Technology where he had concentrated studies in HVAC and Solar
Technologies.
